About Outpour
Our History
Outpour was founded in 2018 by Rafael and Erika Lopez who heard the voice of God that said GO! Not knowing where or what church would look like on the streets of cold WNY they started with chairs and hot dogs in the park. Outreach and loving the community became the heart of the ministry. Today wherever there is people there can be church. Outpour ministries has grown to be a distribution and training ministry to show others that we must train the church to leave the buildings. They are now committed to providing food and other needs to help others do the work needed to fulfill the great commission of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
